Technology assessment
Review the current tools, technical constraints, and evidence relevant to the decision.
Strategic Consulting
Not every digital problem needs a new website, platform, system, campaign, or rebuild. We help frame the problem, compare realistic options, expose constraints, and decide what is worth doing next.

Scope of work
The engagement is scoped around a decision. The outcome may be a comparison, a recommendation, or a practical roadmap when execution is justified.
Review the current tools, technical constraints, and evidence relevant to the decision.
Compare platforms against actual content, commerce, workflow, ownership, and integration needs.
Evaluate existing products, customization, integration, and a new build as real alternatives.
Identify how systems and data should connect when the problem requires it.
Map the steps, handoffs, and exceptions before recommending software.
Define the smallest useful scope and a phased plan when execution makes sense.
Review visibility, conversion, and measurement where those signals matter to the decision.
A platform has been selected before the actual requirements are clear.
A rebuild is being proposed without checking whether focused improvements would work.
Tools and workflows overlap, but nobody has mapped the handoffs.
The first phase includes more than the team can reasonably validate.
The business cannot tell whether its next constraint is visibility, conversion, or measurement.
Questions we help resolve
Should the business adopt an existing product, customize one, integrate several tools, or build something new?
Shopify, WooCommerce, Laravel, WordPress, SaaS, custom—or keep what already exists?
Determine whether the current site, store, or system is fundamentally wrong or simply needs focused changes.
Separate what is necessary now from what can wait.
Find whether the real problem is software, process, data movement, or the handoff between them.
Clarify whether the next constraint is visibility, conversion, measurement, offer, content, or acquisition.
Consulting is useful only if the answer is allowed to be smaller than the original brief. Sometimes the right recommendation is to keep the current platform, remove a tool, change a workflow, improve one page, or postpone a build until the problem is clearer.

The principle
A recommendation can be “don't build it.”
When a decision needs clearer evidence
The engagement is scoped around a decision. The outcome may be a comparison, a recommendation, or a practical roadmap when execution is justified.
A clearly framed problem and the constraints around it.
Realistic options, including keeping or simplifying what exists.
Trade-offs explained before a platform or build is chosen.
A recommended next action with a defined scope.
A phased plan only when execution is justified.
How we work
You see the reasoning, the work in progress, and the tradeoffs—not only the final reveal.
Define the decision, objective, constraints, and what is currently unknown.
Review the current tools, workflow, data, site, store, system, or evidence relevant to the decision.
Evaluate realistic options, including keeping or simplifying the current setup.
Explain the trade-offs and identify the next sensible action.
When execution is justified, translate the decision into a practical scope or phased roadmap.
When the decision leads to execution, explore:

Cost and the next step
These are starting prices, not direct checkout. Deliverables, limits, integrations, timeline, support and recurring costs are defined in a written proposal before agreement.
An existing site or a new start? Review content, ownership, access and existing integrations to identify what can be improved and what needs building.
Pages, languages, products, updates and the enquiry or order workflow determine the work. These details are agreed instead of assuming every project has the same needs.
The relevant proposal explains reviews, inputs, required access, handover, support and recurring costs. A starting price alone does not define the complete scope.
Prices retain their original currency; no automatic conversion is a contractual quote. Taxes and renewals are specified in the proposal; ad spend and hosting are separate from management and maintenance fees.
